Came for lunch (great sandwiches, btw) and left my purse. Drove 2 hours before realizing it. When I returned to pick it up, staff reopened the door for me since they had already closed. I will always be grateful for their honesty and integrity.

Came to this Jimmy John’s, there was barely any meat on all of our subs. To add insult to injury, the 16 inch “GIANT” sub that I ordered was not cut at all. Good luck trying to eat a “to go” sub like that in one piece. Disappointed.

Hands down most useless business in the city of Escanaba! If I could give this store zero stars I would. I have gone to jimmy johns 4 times now In two weeks and they have never been open even though all there signage and internet posts indicate they are supposed to be. The last time I went threw the drive threw a man answered and told me he wasn’t serving anyone today but only there “prepping for tomorrow”… guess what folks, tomorrow never came. Don’t even waste your time driving buy this place because o can promise you they will not be open. They have 1000 excuses as to why they can’t make you a sandwich and they will use them all. I will never drive threw or step foot in this jimmy johns ever again. Nor will I ever Recommend to anyone I know

The other day i visited this establishment with a strong craving for a delicious sub. I had not eaten in 5 consecutive days and wanted the first thing i ate to be extraordinary, but the line at subway was too long. I had high hopes for Jimmy Johns because they’re said to be freaky fast, but low and behold the only freaky thing here is the incredibly low quality subs. First of all there was a meat shortage and I couldn’t even have the sub I wanted. But then when I got the ONLY sub left that I could possibly get, the sauce was disgusting. Possibly expired. I was sick for months after. My left lung has still not entirely recovered as it collapsed today. I’m very upset.

Please note… I only gave 4 stars. That was for the person who took our order. He was vet professional & pleasant. However, there was more lettuce that meat on my sub and my husband’s cuban was not made properly…cubans are supposed to be pressed. His was not.
