We initially had a few things incorrect with our delivery order. We called to let them know and they quickly redelivered the correct order plus a couple of cookies. Everyone is human and mistakes happen, what matters is how you choose to make it right. We appreciate the good customer service!

I think I got the wrong bread, or they make their subs smaller now. Feeling ripped off. Oh, and now I find out there is Dijon when I asked for none. They tried to scrap it off, but forgot the big gob in the middle. And by scraping it you just moved it with a all over the meat and the top of the bread.Though some Dijon was removed there was enough left to make the whole sandwich tasting like Dijon. Thanks for basically stealing my $29.

It’s sad that there are 3 store in my small city and this seems to be the only store that can’t stay open during normal business hours they are always out of ingredients like turkey cheese and bread how do you run out of bread that’s your entire menu they would probably run out of free smells if it was a possibility if they do manage to have ingredients they can never get an order right anytime I try to order delivery it says gives me error that store won’t deliver I call store and it’s always we don’t have driver or we are short staffed everyone is short staffed but still manage to figure it out honestly service has dropped to an all time low this store went from freaky fast to terribly slow
