Went to get a sandwich and arrived at 8:35pm, tried to use the drive through and nobody answered, so I tried to go in and the door was locked. They close at 9pm and there was a whole crew of people inside looking at me. Jimmy John’s has really fallen in standards.

Eh if it’s not one thing it’s another. Ordered the exact same sandwich 3 times in the past week and each time was different. First had spicy peppers – i didn’t select it so I assumed it just comes on the sandwich like that, next time it didn’t but had the bread scooped out even though I always check to leave it in, 3rd time also no spicy peppers and for some reason they added avocado on there which I can’t tolerate right now so I ended up having to throw away more than half of the ingredients in the sandwich AND a quarter of the bread because I was picking off anything that had avocado. My sandwich order couldn’t be any simpler.

I came into this Jimmy Johns with my family a couple times last week. Each time I’m there there’s a heavier set male, brown hair and a beard. I’ve seen him vape inside and loudly say profanities, including the N-word with myself and other customers sitting down. Everyone else I’ve seen is friendly and fast, but that one guy makes the environment feel unsuitable for my family.

Ordered online. Took 45 minutes to get to us. Delivery driver pressured to add more to the tip on the order at the door, and didn’t deliver the bottled lemonade on the order. They pressured on the tip to the point we didn’t check the bag til he was gone.

Young dude literally sitting cross legged inside the drive thru window up on the ledge. I get it, you’re not busy, but that looks really bad.

I’ve come to this location three different times, all of which have been extremely close to around the 3:00 pm hour. All three times I sat in the drive through for at least 5 min a piece waiting for someone to acknowledge that there’s a customer there expecting to place a drive through order. And all three occasion’s I’ve ended up backing out and leaving. Only to drive around to the front and seeing at least three or four employees standing there chatting. If the drive through mic is broken, maybe consider some signage. And if it’s not, maybe consider some new employees. Idk. This place sucks. Especially if you’re hangry.

Dec 1, 21 at 12:45, I order a big john and a coke. The lady gives me just the big john. I explain to her that I ordered a coke too and said I will pay for it. She says that she asked me if that’s all I needed and I said yes, which I said because I thought she included everything. She makes a sound as if she is clearly frustrated and hands me the coke and closes the window quickly. She could have been nicer because miscommunication happens. Have a great day

Sliced wheat bread was overbaked just shy of burnt. When I saw it, I was shocked they were actually slicing it up for me. Edible, but not ok. I was not feeling confrontational and I did not see another loaf in the bin so just ate it anyway.

Came in on my break to grab food. Ate my food asked to fill up my bottle. The guy at the counter said yes. Normally they just let me get whatever from the fountain drink think and don’t charge. Which I don’t mind paying. I fill up my bottle with mellow yellow and I tell then thank you have a good day. He stops me with the worst attitude and says, “Is that water?” I said no I don’t mind paying. Again with such a sour attitude he says, “You asked me if you could fill up you’re water bottle. No get soda.” I apologized again and proceeded to pay for the drink and informed normally when I come in they just let me get it for free and again I didn’t mind paying. He charged me nearly three dollars for the drink and I know that’s way over charging. I get it if you’re tired, I work 12 hour shifts all day and get a 30 minute break, but there’s no need to be so hostile and rude.
