I ordered for delivery today. It has been an hour and fifteen minutes and the order still has not arrived. Upon calling the store, the person who answered the phone could not be bothered to help. There was no apology or attempt to find out what was going on.

We didn’t eat the food @ the place; We had the food delivered to Our apartment. The guy was friendly & smiling @ me as he handed the food to me. He asked if I would like to have the change back; I said no, U can keep the change as a tip for the fast delivery with a smile. He said “Thank U so much for the tip — then he turned around & left. Very nice person who delivered Our food for Us. Refreshing to be able to see the smiles & friendly service!!! Wish I could have asked his name so he gets the credit for the service with a smile. $9 sandwich, I order from here 1-2 times a week for the past 6 months because of work location and have never had a sandwich so skimpy. Called to ask about it and got told everything is weighed out for portions, not sure how these portions changed from last week but okay great customer service to someone who gives them so much business.

Hair was on my sandwich store manager only offer a second sandwich no apology. None in the store is wearing a hair net even after seeing the hair in the sandwich. Not to mention a few months back my co worker ordered a sandwich at this same location and she also had hair in her food. Hairnets are definitely needed especially when the workers have lots of hair.

I was at a local caseys when one of the delivery drivers side swiped my vehicle. I asked for insurance and it was refused. About a month later I was on lunch break at caseys, and the same delivery driver got loud and disrespectful towards me in the middle of the store. I tried to end the argument 3 times and he proceeded to call me names to a worker at caseys. I called his store to speak to management and was hung up on. The second time the manager refused to give me his name, refused to give me contact for cooperate, and was not concerned at all about the problem. Instead he threatened me and hung up again They’re dishonest snakes. And judging their reviews, their food service is horrible. I have taken this to the cooperate office as well.

If you like sandwiches that’s a great place to go relatively priced chips are great don’t forget to get your big pickle my suggestion would be the beach club with salt and vinegar chips if you want delivery it’ll be there in less than a half an hour but if you just order a head there’s always deals on the app my opinion is it’s one of the better sandwich shops better than Subway
