The gentleman working were friendly & upbeat! They unfortunately had to remake my sandwich three separate times because they were handing my sandwich out to others or sending them out for deliveries, but I was in no rush. Once I finally got my sandwich, it was great.

Can’t review food. Online order put in and paid for around 11:45. Just left store at 12:33 without food- running out of lunch time. I love Jimmy John’s and usually a great quick option. Maybe an off day but truly bummed out.

I was in town for a training and after waiting 45 minutes for my delivery I had to cancel the order. I was told the order would be voided (no attempt to contact the driver for an ETA) and would see that reflected in a few days. When I did not see it credited to my bank account I contacted the store, spoke to the manager and he was going to talk more with the GM. I was told the refund could not occur, I could receive in-store credit (that location only, again I was traveling) or contact my bank. I’m not confident I’ll get refunded. I will never return to that location and want others to be aware…go elsewhere!

I came in to order and as someone who is 9 months pregnant, was trying to think of what I normally order. I was being rushed and the worker with the pony tail was being extremely rude and basically mocked me. I won’t be returning. Honestly worst customer service.

listen. I order all the time like weekly from these guys so I obviously can’t flame them too hard. And the sandwiches are fine whatever, but my thing is I don’t want to leave the house for a sandwich and their delivery system is terrible. Worth the walk during the spring and summer, but I’ve consistently not been able to deliver from them recently because they literally have no drivers. Maybe if they made their wages competitive with local employers they would be able to stay staffed, I mean seriously they’re right next to a college campus. It’s silly.

It’s been and hour and a half since I ordered and still haven’t gotten my food. I saw the delivery vehicle drive through the parking lot and leave and when I called the store they said the driver forgot a drink??? Still waiting on my food. Wish I could give zero stars and get a refund.

Had went in previously to the store to confirm all details of how to do a large order online. They said they always do them and there would be no issue. Order arrived over an hour late with multiple issues (including missing food). No communication from Jimmy John’s… only received updates due to repeatedly calling them. Submitted complaint via Jimmy John’s feedback and received no response.
