Waited 18 min to get a sandwich at 12:45pm?? Claiming short staffed and they have 6 employees working. And No sign of any leadership/management whatsoever!! Horrible service. We had our order messed up in the drive-through then when we got home realized it wasn’t right again we called the lady answering and said she was the manager and then she said hold on and then the GM got on the phone. I have never had the worst customer service ever not only was she rude but when we asked for corporate number she told me to look for it online we had just left so it wasn’t hard to figure out who it was and she acted like we were lying over a $10 sandwich I will never go there again.

Placed mobile order (as that is how I always order) and when I got there was told they can’t find my order. Show them my email confirmation # and she trys to pull it up that way but had no luck. She rang everything up then said I had to pay for the sandwhich that I used my reward for as she could not credit for it and that I would have to call corporate and fight with them. Needless to say I took my money elsewhere. Guess it’ll be Jersy Mike’s front now on.

I’m tired of this location. I have online ordered, they’ve taken my money and called me 20 minutes later to say “I don’t have a driver”. This happens way too many times, 4 out of the last 7 times. Freaky fast delivery is non existent here.

Long wait on the drive through. Asked for 4 blts on French bread. They asked me if I wanted to substitute for 4 wheat breads because that was the last 4 French breads and maybe other people wanted French bread I declined due to ordering for others and not just me. Got to the window and nothing was said to me they just took my card for payment. Left and I was only given 3 blts on French bread and I was missing 1 sub. Tried to speak to someone about this issue and didn’t get anywhere. Probably won’t visit this location again

I didn’t think it was possible to take so long in a drive thru line as the one I’m currently waiting in at this Jimmy John’s. From not acknowledging that my car had pulled up for the first 2 minutes of me sitting there, to “not being able to hear” our order, and then a double digit minute wait (and counting) before even getting to the window after placing the order. Absolutely pathetic service, just appalling all around.
