Ordered 2 subs for delivery and an hour and a half later with no updates called the store. They claim someone “tried to call me” to inform me the driver wouldn’t even be arriving to the store for another hour. Never got any calls and I checked to make sure my phone number listed was right. They didn’t give any estimated time frame for delivery. So much for freaky fast delivery.

We ordered lunch online at 11 am on Wednesday July 5. We got a out for delivery text at approximately noon. At 12:45 pm I called to see where the order was and it was still out. You were short on drivers, etc. I finally cancelled our lunch because we had no idea when it was coming. The person who answered the phone didn’t seem to care that we cancelled and that I was getting my money back. This has happened before. Lousy customer service for a freaky fast delivery.

I ordered online and I waited an hour before calling. I thought, maybe it is because it’s Friday, giving them the benefit of the doubt. When I called the man who answered wasn’t apologetic at all, he said he didn’t have a delivery driver and that he would have one in about 30 minutes, “do you still want your order?” He said he had called me as soon as he received my order, I never received a call, no voicemail, no blowing my phone up to let me know of the inconvenience. I told him I’d just come pick up the order. I walk in, he asks if I ordered online and he was finishing up. He never apologized, never tried to make it right. Just disappointed.

We ordered at 10 am hoping the food would come by 11:10 at the latest. It came at 11:20 and we didn’t know that would be the arrival time because when called, the guy said the food would “get there when it gets there.” No sorry, no what can I do to help. It was ridiculous. We almost couldn’t wait at the address for our food cause we had to leave. Never ordering there again.

Pulled up to the drive thru and someone on the headset started saying gibberish like “zig zag and radio shack”. Didn’t want to have a customer I guess. Driving through from Minneapolis and thought I would give jimmy John’s a try. I’m convinced now that jersey Mike’s is 100% a better choice. Went there straight after and they were great.

The guy with the little glasses and long hair is always SO rude every single time I come here. Never listens to me when I ask to give my phone number first and then says he can’t go back and add it, always extremely short and rude. Horrible customer service. The only time I have had a good experience here was when one of the female workers was on the drive instead of this guy. Go to Jordan creek Jimmy Johns instead!! Much better service there.
