Everything about my experience here was terrible. None of our 3 sandwiches we ordered were correct. All were missing cheese, which makes no sense since we didn’t ask for any subtractions to any of the sandwiches. The person who took our order was very rude during the entire order process. Asked for mustard to be added to a sandwich and was told they don’t do that. The workers were all shouting at each other and I was glad I was taking my order to go, as sitting in the eating area would give anyone a headache.

I ordered online for a drive-thru pickup. I waited in line (there was one person in front of me). When I got to the speaker, I said I was there for my online order, and they said to come to the window. Once I got to the window, the fella said that I had to go back around because the person that was now behind me had ordered. I said that I had ordered online 25 minutes ago. He stared at me and told me again to go around. I did, and that person drove up, paid, and we waited another 5 minutes until we were able to get to the window again. The fella asked if i had the online order, took the bag out of the fridge, and then gave it to me. I would have understood if I had ordered 5 minutes prior, not 25.

Complete garbage!!!! You have six people working here and none of them have ears. Talked over me while 3 unwrapped my sandwich and stated it was my fault. Donated 8 dollars to the cause and will never ever try again. Didn’t even return my money. Pathetic !!!
