I ordered through DoorDash for delivery. They were unable to deliver it, so we did pick up instead, and they did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the status. Much appreciated! These folks were great. Thank you all for the work you put in. People need to be kinder to those in the food industry, because I could have thrown a fit about having to pick up my order, but I know from experience in the food industry that things happen where things don’t always go as planned. Kudos to these boys at this location…we were in from out town for a funeral so we ordered sandwhiches for our whole group (15-17 sandwhiches) and they had us in and out so quickly and were very patient with us the whole time!!!!!

We live in renwick, an hour from fort dodge, so we don’t get out here but every other week. We walked in and before we got up to the register to order,Colby recognized me and remembered my favorite sandwich! I was impressed and it made me feel special that he remembered me.

I ordered 30 minutes before arriving. When I arrived they hadn’t started to make my sandwiches. Two of the three sandwiches I ordered didn’t follow the special order instructions (one no tomato and one asked for JJ mustard). No apology offered and I had to wait in line for the walk in customers orders to be complete. During my 10 minutes in the store, two customers came up with wrong orders. It wasn’t busy and the manager was standing around. I I’ve Jimmy John’s and will not return to this store again. Freaky Fast? Not today.

Would reccomend to anyone! This is my go-to lunch place most days i order it. Food is always killer, staff is friendly and never had an issue with delivery! When i order delivery it is usually quite fast and i can tell they made my sandwich just about right before they left so it is always fresh.

Good sandwiches but VERY Poor delivery. The past few times I’ve ordered it’s ALWAYS been an issue with delivery. 3 times I placed an order only to get a call back saying they have no drivers. Even on my latest order I called ahead to confirm they had a driver, which they said they did. Then after placing my order I get called saying the driver is busy on a catering call and my order will get here whenever.
