UPDATE: Went here the other day and they completely missed our order as people came and went for 10 minutes we were still standing there wondering where our food was. They finally asked if we had ordered something. Really? So they figured out they forgot our order and quickly made it. Then all we got was “oops sorry”.

Ordered 2 wraps today and both were mashed up and rolled up with the paper wrapped into the wrap and completely fell apart. As well as scraps of food all over the inside of the wrapper. Makes it impossible to eat properly. Usually have a good experience not sure who is making them but maybe have them slow down and do it right.

“Freaky fast”- so fast that it takes over an hour for me to call and cancel because they never showed up.

Very clean environment, sandwich and chips are flawlessly good, and when I forgot to get my sandwich plain, the workers kindly replaced it

They will not add any condiments to the slim sandwiches. They give you packets and oil and vinegar is not allowed. Not even if you pay for it. The food is just ok. Their policies are ridiculous and completely not for the customers.

Only 3 stars because the food is good. Customer service not so much. Don’t know who answered the phone today around 11:45-11:50 but I always have issues with the girls/women who work. They seem to not enjoy their job and if that’s the case they should look for a different one where they don’t need to interact with people. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. After 20 minutes I called in to see if my order was ready since the online status was only set at order received. The girl who answered had no knowledge of this order so she asked around(not the problem). She said it’s for inside pickup, I said no curbside and she confirmed that but said I need to check in for future reference. When I started saying that I was getting an error that said my order isn’t ready and not to check in before they change the status to “Order Ready To Pickup” she rushed me off the phone and said “someone will be out with your food” and hung up. Sorry, but if there’s a potential system issue at my job or something I didn’t do on my side, I would want to know for future reference. The GUYS here have been great though. Last time one was leaving, saw my car and asked if I had placed an order because he remembered the make and model of my car on the order. He ran back inside and grabbed it for me and then left. THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Left my food on my front porch and didn’t knock on my door. $50 worth of food where dogs and raccoons could get it. 45 mins later I called. They told me to look outside. I was mad, my sandwiches were almost frozen.

Food was good. Customer service experience was below expectation. Maybe it is the new norm to not even greet a customer when you approach the register… but I won’t accept that as a reason. Is it also normal for employees to stand at the register and just scroll on their phones? No more trying to even hide it? Just don’t care to go somewhere where I feel like an inconvenience. Still gets 3 because I like the food.
