Do not go here. Lobby is closed for no apparent reason while they are fully staffed. This has been ongoing for almost a year now. Just off of the highway so super disappointing and inconvenient to drive up and realize that their doors are locked while employees working inside with no apparent issues to the interior. Drive thru takes forever.

Drove up to the drive thru and waited a few minutes. We didn’t hear from anyone to take our order. Then decided to go in store to order. They had a sign that said the store was closed due to low staff, no problem! But they met us at the door and said, “We are here,” so we decided to go back through the drive thru. We sat another 5 minutes without hearing a word, meanwhile a car in front of us went through the drive thru, ordered, and got their food. We decided to go elsewhere for food and likely will not go back.

My go to for a sandwich and cool delivery drivers. I cook and work in kitchens so after a day of crazy and never ending repetitiveness,I drink a beer order some Jimmy John’s and have never been disappointed by this store or its delivery drivers. Keep up the good work and thanks for the simple joy of nostalgia in a sandwich appreciate the food and how you guys operate.

I’ve gone in pretty often, sometimes twice a week. Lately they’ve had issues with staffing and only have the inside counter open, but I’ve really with it last week, I got a standard sub as an unwich. Over 17.00. No way it’s worth it.

Very unfriendly service. Met at door with a very sarcastic woman stating “just so you know, we’re out of french bread, only have white and wheat” not even sure what that means since I thought french bread was white bread. No friendly greeting, just a yell across a crowded room. Don’t know why it was crowded, since they are supposed to be “freeky fast”. We felt so uncomfortable we left, never to return again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Everything sold out. The girl working during the lunch hour on 10-29-22 yelled at us from across the room that they had no bread . When we asked her to repeat because we didn’t expect to hear that, she became more irritated and yelled again. Horrible and so rude. Turned around and left.
