Unless you are ordering ahead of time and taking out, I’d skip going to this location. I was rudely asked if I was ‘picking up my order’ by a young woman, who then responded ‘oh, it’s okay,’ after I told her I was ordering in person. After I placed my order, she told me, ‘have a good one.’ My order was ready and nobody called it out. When I asked if the sandwich was the Cubano, the oldest person working said, ‘order #13,’ as if they’d given me an order #. I grabbed my sandwich and was told, ‘have a good one,’ a second time by the same woman. I sat down to eat, and over time found that the employees make loud noises with the containers, shout, and basically make it sound like a high school gymnasium in the place. I decided to gather my unfinished food and leave and on my way out was told ‘have a good one’ a third time by the same woman. I won’t be going back there, again. What terrible service.

Ordered online – confirmation said it was guaranteed by “tomorrow”. Sun was supposed to have mustard, pickle and be cut in half…didn’t have ingredients and wasn’t cut in half. Turkey had weird brown spots and all the mean was super fatty. Disgusting

Sandwiches are made quick, but delivery times are a bad joke. It’ll take 40 minutes to deliver a sandwich 2 miles. That’s not an exaggeration or isolated incident, this has happened multiple times. Good as an absolute last resort, but I would order well in advance and not expect attention to detail. Most of your customizable options and extras will be ignored. Today’s order was supposed to be cut in half with added avocado (there’s a splash of avocado if you look closely haha). Hands down the worst Jimmy Johns I’ve ordered from.

The food is the usual Jimmy John’s, high quality and freaky fast, when you can get it. Pulled in at 5pm on a Monday evening and the employees were walking out the door and locked it in front of us. No explanation. No sign. Nothing.

So we will go to Jimmy John’s for lunch because it is quick. They usually get the order right except for cutting the pickle when asking for a whole pickle not to be cut. Today, they finally got the pickle right. However, I ordered a little john combo – #1 no tomatoes, a drink and BBQ chips. I get back to the office. No BBQ chips & they put tomatoes on my sandwich. They had even repeated the order back to me & it was correct when they repeated it. Not too happy right now.
