I go here so much that I probably kept this location in downtown CR in business during the pandemic. Even though the quality of each sandwiches may differ depending on whether a more seasoned employee is making the order, the ingredients and chooses are top notch. The cost has gone up a lot over the last couple years. I still love Jimmy Hohns.

More than half the time my order is cancelled. When the food does get here it is fine. My food was misdelivered once and the manager seemed accusatory rather than helpful. I want to give a better rating but the store has many improvements to consistently make before I will do that.

Spend your money elsewhere. Order was out for delivery for 30 minutes. Called & Sarah the store manager kept calling me “Honey” while I was complaining – SOOO DISRESPECTFUL! She didn’t offer me anything for having to wait one hour for my order, rather she was dismissive & said “Well you have a nice day.” Horrible. Go manage a hog lot somewhere.

Ordered on doordash at 11am. By 12:15 (for only 7 sandwiches) the order was sent to the wrong place. We got credit from door dash and ordered again. It says the order is here but it’s not. Talked to doordash, the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address for the 2nd time. 2 1/2 hours water and jimmy johns never picked up the phone once.

The best part about my experience was the absolutely delicious sandwich. The customer service was excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I am definitely coming back for more and I recommend this place to anyone. 5 stars all around.

The last 2 times I have ordered while at work has been awful, first was 35 minutes to get the food, and sandwhich was made wrong. Tonight, took 20+ minutes, bottom of bread was hard and just not a good quality and the cookie was stale. This chips were bomb but other than that, highly disappointed with last 2 experiences, wont try a 3rd chance! I also work in the food industry, as where I get my food delivered to, but not anymore
