Been eating at this location from the first week it opened as it is closets to our house. Been here a good 50 times and have never yet had a bad experience. We typically order online when leaving the house and the order is always ready for us to pick up. Great friendly staff at this location compared to a few others in town. Love the bread!

Absolutely the worst service and delivery times!!! My wife ordered our meal at 11:08 am and received it at 1:09 pm and we live less than a mile away. The Jimmy Johns in Marion needs more staff and also a friendly tune-up…Whoever answers the phones are not very friendly people when a complaint comes in!! Highly disappointed at this time!!! Also they offered us a $5 credit….NOT ACCEPTABLE

This was my first time ever eating JJ’s and sadly I do not plan on ordering from them again. I downloaded the app so I could get some lunch while at work and although my order was correct and it did come super fast, the bread the sandwich was made on was like bitting into a brick. My jaw got really sore really fast and I ended up pulling the sandwich apart so I could finish eating it without. For my first sub from them very disappointed.

I’ve never had issues with this location until last weekend. My boyfriend and I stopped in at 7pm. They looked like they were closing, so we checked the hours sign but it was nowhere to be found. So we check online and found out it closes at 9pm. We get our food served by some very angsty teen girls. They barely acknowledge us and while we eat one of the girls starts DRAGGGING the chairs and tables to the corner of the restaurant. Not trying to fat shame or anything but she was big and strong enough to carry those damn chairs.

I experienced a rude interaction with a female employee while trying to place a catering order for delivery. The gal notified me that the address of my requested catering delivery was outside of their territory, and they would not be making an exception to deliver even though they had in the past. I asked if the store was okay losing hundreds of dollars of business from us a month by not delivering to said location and her response was “yeah we will lose the business if it’s not a pick-up order”. I told the gal that since that was the case that i will no longer be doing business with that location and the gal said “that’s fine”. That was the end of the conversation. I hung up and was taken back by how sassy and rude the employees tone was on the phone. A Jimmy John’s sandwich is a Jimmy John’s sandwich no matter where you go but ‘customer service’ should also be consistent across all locations.
