For a place to pick up a quick sandwich, it is great. Fresh ingredients with quality deli meats and cheese and great fresh baked bread as well. It is clean inside if you choose to eat there. It’s all around a better choice than going to Subway. Opinions vary, but our family likes this establishment a lot, and we eat here roughly once every 3 weeks or so. Give them a try.

Went through the drive thru to get dinner for my daughter and I. After I was done eating I dumped the rest of my pop out that I didn’t finish. There was a napkin in my pop. That’s disgusting and gross!! I won’t be back!!!

What is this?? Seriously, ordered delivery and this wrap had an entire bath in ranch. Inedible and disguising. I threw it out and did the survey online to let them know of this issue. I was notified it was independently owned and operated and there was no compensation on my delivery.

The slogan Freaky Fast should be retired, at least for this location. Not only were they exceptionally slow, the are notorious for always forgetting part of your order and you’re faced with the dilemma of turning around and waiting longer to get it right or just moving on with your day and try to remember not to go back. For almost $14 for a sandwich, chips, and a drink, I expect more. I know businesses are trying to pay a living wage, but at the same time, this is a lot of money to pay for a simple fast food sandwich to have it not done correctly.

I ordered food drove to work. At work I realized it was the wrong food. I drove back asked for a new sandwich. The worker argued with me opened my sandwich touched it with out gloves then refused to give me my old food would not make me new food and refused to refund. So Jimmy Johns stole 10.43 from me. I never got my food but they got their money. Called and filed a complaint with corporate as well as the better business bureau for theft. Go to any other store this one is run by teenagers with attitude problems. And the Manager Matt is rude and obnoxious and refused to give me the name of his boss.

Just disappointed. Staying at a hotel .3 miles away. Took 1:42 minutes to get a delivery. They never pack condiments or napkins in the order when I have ordered from there. Could tell that the sandwich was made when I ordered. Did not taste good at all. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
