If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered days in advance and pre paid for a party pack. Called 2 hours before pick up to check on order, staff stated would be done by 1, which was my pick up time. I arrived, they not only told me I had the wrong store but as well said I never placed an order or called 2 hours prior to verify order…which I did. After 20 minutes of arguing with me, the driver came back and verified yes, he spoke with me but the forgot about the order. They hurried and threw together my party packs without even apologizing for all the errors on their part. As well, the 2 women working on this day at 1:00 were beyond rude and mean mugging me the whole time instead of trying to fix THEIR mistake. The sandwiches were made so cheaply and sloppy it was embarrassing bringing them to the function that I was now 45 minutes late for. North 2nd st in Clinton store has lots of things to work on, including at least apologizing.

Very rude window worker. She was cussing. And my sandwich was made wrong so I went back to get my right sandwich she snatch the bag out of my hand and tried to hand me a sandwich that was made wrong again. So I said can I get cheese added on she rolled her eyes and walked away. Even if she was having a bad day there was no reason for her attitude. Will never be back to this location again.

Food was done fast. Staff was friendly. However the guy cutting the meat was also shoveling it in his mouth and his gloved hand entered his mouth. I mentioned this to the manager and she shrugged it off. He was still cutting meat when I left.. I was disgusted. Needless to say I probably will not ever eat at this location again.
