The food was right on point we really enjoyed just like we normally expect from a Jimmy. The service was fast as we expected but they were not very happy and didn’t know what LBI meant. Food took over 45 minutes to be delivered since notification that food was on its way. Not was it prepared as asked, for example but not limited too, being cut in half, extra mayo being requested. And my lack of spine had me paying for my food despite it again, taking over 45min to be delivered.

They advertise “freaky fast delivery” but every single time I have ordered from Jimmy John’s, it has taken over 30 minutes. I would understand if they said, I’m sorry this took so long, or anything. But when I called once when it took over an hour, they didn’t care and didn’t offer anything off my order.

Took an hour to get here and didn’t have everything i ordered. Haven’t ordered from here for months because they never check the receipts before taking deliveries out of the store so my orders are always messed up in some way, decided to give it a try again-won’t make that mistake another time.

Great food. Usually prompt delivery. Workers are always friendly. The one time I had an issue with a slow delivery the owner was extremely amenable to making sure that it was remedied. My favorite fast food sub sandwich place by far.
