Cashier couldn’t care less and didn’t get the order right. Since they don’t give the receipt until the end, no opportunity to correct until the sub was already made. Inside of restaurant needs some updating and deep cleaning.

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. I came into this location to buy 10 sub rolls, it is clearly an option to do so on the website, but the person working the counter making bread was very rude and refused to sell me the bread. I came to my car and ordered from the Bluemound location for pick up paid and had zero hassle getting the bread, with the exception of having to go far out of my way to get the bread. Customer service and friendliness goes a long way:

It was far far from freaky fast it was outright slow. 10 minutes for four Subs in drive-thru and I was first in line. Don’t wear t-shirts saying freaky fast then talk to your coworkers and be slow. It’s like a doctor wearing the best doctor in the world t-shirt while he’s pushing people to the morgue. I got all the way home and found out I had an extra sub from the person in line behind me we will call even this time.

Update. Have to reduce by one star. Semi-clean, chairs on tables, confusion with my order, confusion with transaction, girl that took order just stared and kicker is service was quick, but I had to request bag for 3 items lol. At least 5 workers and I was only customer. I was greeted by guy who made sandwich at least. Just all seemed unique to me.

This location is trash. Every time I’ve been here it takes them 20 minutes to get me the online order I placed. Wrong sandwiches, sloppy service and 12 employees talking behind the counter while customers are clearly agitated. Get your show together!

Soooooooooooooo slow. Ordered food at 12:46 for delivery. I work down the street….still waiting for 4 subs 1 hour later. I called and they couldn’t give me any updates about when my food would arrive. Very disappointing.
