Horrible! Don’t go to this location! My husband and I came in here a couple days ago and my card was double charged! The gentleman at the register had me put my card in again after I already did and it said it was approved. I was worried I was going to get charged again. So I checked my account and at first it showed the charges as pending and I showed the gentleman at the register. He said one would fall off eventually. I checked today and they both went through! I called and the manager made it sound like he thought I was lying! He told me the regional manager would be calling me. I have yet to hear anything. I can’t believe how I was treated! Not even an apology or anything! I tried to call back and called the other Germantown store and the manager there was a lot more helpful and basically told me to dispute it with my bank! I am still just in shock and can’t believe the poor customer service at the Jimmy Johns on Mequon Rd. We will never go back! Wish I could give them zero stars!

Went in for a sandwich. Service person was nice and my food did not take long. While I was waiting I was watching a gentleman slice lunch meat, while he was slicing the lunch meat he was eating it, not just eating but also liking his fingers. I let the girl at the counter know that she should mention to the gentleman slicing the lunch meat that is gross and very unsanitary. Needless to say I left and threw away my sandwich. Never again!

Owner parked in both 15 minute parking. Said he could have parked in one if he wanted. Then went on how he could buy me… yelling about how much more he has then I do. Never met him before. Will never go back. Lived here way longer then that franchise has been in Germantown & I’ve NEVER been treated that way in our small town. On top of all that 2 of our 3 subs are made incorrectly.

My daughter an I entered the store at 6:50PM. We placed our order and the food was delivered fast and correct. We sat down to eat and we were told”we are closing in 5 minutes.” I said we should be done in 5 minutes. Another couple came in and was looking at the menu. They were told “we are closing in 2 minutes.” They placed their order and left. Then we were told “we are closing in 2 minutes.” I said “when i’m done with my sandwich, we will go.” I had a few bites left and then we were told, “you have to leave because we are closed and we need to lock the door.” I said, “I’ll leave when i’m done.” I said i wanted the managers name and the female employee said “I’m the manager and you need to leave because we need to lock the door.” I said, “i want the owners name and phone number.” She said no. I asked again and she said Curt, but didn’t give me his phone number.

We ordered food at 6:20 online, my husband then called jimmy johns to tell them he put down the wrong phone number and our house is hard to find, so we wanted to give them his new phone number! They said the driver had just walked out the door and he knew where we lived, and refused to take his phone number. Then 7:30 rolls around and my husband calls jimmy johns, just for the manager to tell him that we didn’t answer the delivery drivers call. My husband explained that he is the same person who had tried to give them the phone number before and they refused to take it. The manager said he refunded our money and told us to call corporate if we had a problem with it.
