this location is obviously unorganized. i ordered a sandwich over an hour ago, and still the sandwich hasn’t arrived. this has also happened several times before and i’ve looked past it, but i’ve never received a refund for all these late orders from a supposed “freaky fast” restaurant. the store shouldn’t be that busy at 10:30 in the morning, so this is ridiculous.

This was my 1st time ordering from any Jimmy John’s and it will be my last. It took well over an hour for my $12.54 sandwich to be “delivered.” When I called for the second time, the driver on the phone was very short with me, and I was on hold for 10 minutes before the manager talked to me. I was told that they would simply re-submit the order, but I refused since I was no longer hungry. My advice to Jimmy John’s: Times are changing, lots of places are short staffed, so please stop advertising about being “freaky fast.”

Do not order through DoorDash from this location, they treat door dash orders like third world citizens and will not pay attention to any of your requests. Also they can take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to do their delivery.

Went there to get food and I couldn’t order anything because they can’t warm meat up in anyway and being pregnant they should be able to accommodate pregnant women like cousins and subway does otherwise if I could eat a regular sub I would think.its delicious

Got charged 3 times for a 40 dollar order, so I called corporate customer service, and they directed me to call the store for a refund. When I called, the manager was rude and told me that she wasn’t going to refund me since I already got the food despite the fact they charged me 120 dollars. She got progressively aggressive with me and didn’t offer an alternative solution or my refund and told me to contact my bank if I still had a problem.
