Best jimmy John’s I’ve been to! They don’t skimp on the meat or veggies and have never gotten my order wrong. Love using the app, it’s always ready in minutes. Put my order in at 3:50, they put in wrong phone number so showed up and couldn’t contact me, took it back to shop then 30 min after order I call and they finally figure it out but guys about to leave for shift change. 30 min later I call again and new employees blame me for mistake and say it’s going to be another 20 minutes for driver to get back and get it to me. 90 minutes later and I’m like can you at least throw me a free cookie for something for the hour+ wait, nope… would rather trash the order then offer some customer service for the mistake. I asked for a couple of things I wanted for my sandwich, they completely ignored my request. I asked for extra mayo, easy on the lettuce and they could not do a simple request. The sandwich was so dry, it taste like they forgot to put any mayo on it, to begin with. They also charge so much for a sandwich but hardly put any meat on it. Jimmy Johns is overpriced.

It has a convenient location to my workplace. I ordered from their menu #16 Turkey and Bacon and declined the mandatory upselling of cheese and ranch. The sandwich is very quickly made, as evidenced by it sloppy appearance. It also had cheese and a $0.99 plus tax surcharge for the declined cheese. You do not see the order or receipt until you order is finished, and the receipt has the “cute” name not the menu name. So my Turkey & Bacon is listed as a Club Lulu. Because of the cheese charge I thought it wasn’t my order. It was patronizingly explained that the menu and receipts are different but the same.

Ordered over the phone for lunch at 1:00 pm and had very specific delivery instructions (most delivery places leave my food in my lobby where things are often stolen or they call me to meet them ~15 floors downstairs to get my food, which is fine however I was in a meeting for work today and could not leave.) My order was at my apartment door in 6 minutes, arriving at 1:06 pm (I live a 4 minute drive away). The sandwich is perfectly made and I am blown away at how fast the service was and they were still able to provide quality food. I order Jimmy Johns maybe twice a year but I will be ordering much more often!!! Wonderful service. 🙂

I placed a call on 4/22/22 to this location at 11:21. The person answered verified my number and delivery address. I proceed to place my order and all is going smoothly. I inform them I’ll be paying cash and the call is complete. I think I will receive my lunch inn the next 40 minutes. I give an extra 10 minutes before I call back, to only discover the person answering my original call did not save my order. Instead of trying to resolve this past asking others the person on the phone just repeats, “we can’t find it.” Try some customer service! Apologize for your mistake and ask if we can redo the order and give a coupon! Something! I worked in customer service for 20 plus years and this place is would fail any inspection I would normally give.
