For me I mostly get delivery so I can’t say anything about staff. I get the gargantuan every time the same way. No tomatoes and add pickles. I ask for the mustard packets in the bag. I get tomatoes and no pickles and no mustard packets. This has now happened the last three times I have ordered from this location.

Great employees! Came in today 1/30/2023 around 1:15pm and the woman that took my order was so kind and made sure everything was perfect! She heated up my sandwich meat in their oven because I cannot eat cold cut mean at the moment. I had to get no mayo on part of my order which people usually forget about and add it and they did not, so thankful for that! Would definitely go to this location if you’re in Racine, WI.

50 minutes and still waiting since the sandwiches left the store. 2.2 miles. My kids dinner has been in someones car for nearly an hour, and Mike the manager is ok with that and doesn’t have a boss or know the owners name. 2.2 miles. Never, ever again.

The food was awesome as always… but the girl at the final pick up line was totally unprofessional. Me and the gentleman before me ordered the exact same sandwhich… had no idea. So when they called for my sandwich, I went to grab it. The man said ” I think that’s mine.” Because he was in front of me when he ordered i assumed he was correct and waited… a short time later I asked the girl if she remembered the pickle and she told me, “shhh… hang on….”….. that’s not cool. I understand stress…. but there were more employees than customers at that time…. food was great but that one girl sucked…

The customer service at the Jimmy John’s on Hwy 20 in Mount Pleasant unfortunately needs a lot of improvement. The staff is very rude and unprofessional for absolutely no reason. If you you hate your job you probably should be there where one of the main parts of the job is to be friendly and serve your customers.
