I ordered delivery at 12:10pm. Waited until about 12:50pm and decided to call them to tell them that I would just come and pick my sandwiches up—however, I called three times and couldn’t get thru—just an automated message stating no one was available. So I decided to head up there. I was about 2 blocks from the store when I receive a notification that my order was out for delivery. I will never order from here again when I’m hangry… learnt my lesson!!

I ordered one of the new salads to go. The Baja Chicken. I asked for another dressing and was charged. I also asked for a water cup because this salad is spicy and they charged me. I told them to keep the cup. I understand the paying for the extra dressing but the water cup is ridiculous. I paid for my food and even tipped them and they wanted to charge me for a cup. I eat at this location weekly and now think I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service my order was a large got a regular size sandwich also the outer wrapping soaked with sauce no better on the inside just to find absolutely no meat on the sandwich just for the manager to tell me over the phone “that he knows theres meat on there he made it”conveniently enough he was just walking inside from a smoke break as my wife was leaving with food, so a out right lie he told! Then told me I would have to bring it all the way back to the store for refund he then told me wile there I ate to much of the sandwich hes not refunding me, told him corporate will hear about it he shruged and said he dont care. I waited over an hour for two sandwiches to be delivered. I’m a mile from the store. The tracker said it was done 35 minutes before it was delivered. I could have ordered from Beloit and have had it by now. Called the store twice. Was told they only have one driver and it is what it is. Pretty pathetic honestly.

I had ordered food. Once it was delivered it was the wrong order. I called the store & I spoke with the general manager. He was very rude. I asked for a refund back. He said “Yeah” & hung up on me. I don’t know if I will really get that refund back. I will be contacting the BBB about this if it’s not resolved.

Placed an order for delivery, received notification through the app that the order was received promptly. Waited 45 minutes, received no further update, called the store and was told my order was out for delivery and on its way. Waited another 15 minutes, called back for an update and to see if I could pick it up instead. Was told the order hadn’t even been made yet and they didn’t know when it would be done. Ended up canceling the order.

A few deliveries to my home have taken 1 hour+ (I am a 10 min drive from the store). My last order was requested to be left by the door and they left it on the front step during a storm so it was soaked from the rain. Local franchise owner does not reply to any feedback you send. Many others have posted delivery issues similar to mine. Order delivery with caution…
