Ordered on the App. Didn’t know we received the order until I called. Said she rang the ring door bell twice and knocked. My daughter was at the counter in front of the door. No one knocked. The ring doorbell was not working, not their fault. When I called the delivery driver was in the background being down right rude. Saying it’s not her fault the doorbell doesn’t work and was saying some other words. So called manager was dismissive and seemed to be ok with customers being treated poorly.

Food always tastes great. Today, was given wrong sub in to-go order. Didn’t see it was wrong until I arrived home. Called to ask about coming back down to get correct sub, guy owned up to his mistake (he knew exactly what order, what it was supposed to be, etc.) And then DELIVERED the fixed sub to my house. ♡ Thank you.

This place will decide to close whenever they want and open whenever they want. Do not count on it being open for the set hours which do tend to change by season of the year. Today for example July 10th 2016 a Sunday, Google says they’re open until 9. In actuality they’re open until 8 but when I pulled up to the location at 7:55 (EXACTLY) the lights were off outside and the kids inside were breaking down the deli case. I called after leaving at 7:57 and explained there must be some kind of dedication to the hours as you’d see from McDonalds or Culvers. I was put on hold by the kid who answered while he was going to get his manager. So a manager was there when they decided to close early, wow!? All I wanted was an appropriate time to call back when the owner would be there as he does operate the location from time to time. No worries though, I know which car he drives. My son loves Jimmy Johns so much and I live in Marshall but tend to avoid the Marshall location and will go out of my way to go to the Sun Prairie location which abides by their hours strictly.

The Marshall Jimmy John’s makes high quality sandwiches using the best ingredients. Their sandwiches are always fresh and the pickles are delicious too. We’ve been sick a lot this winter and it sure is handy to be able to order from Jimmy John’s and have it come right away.
