This location is more freaky slow than freaky fast. I’ve never had an order, regardless of time of day, leave the store in less than 30 minutes and still take forever to get to me. Expect around an hour from when you order to finally get your food. The sandwiches are standard Jimmy John’s fare, so a pretty solid sandwich, but the delivery time is atrocious. They need to hire more delivery folks, because their current staffing clearly doesn’t cut it, or let them live up to their own slogan.

We ordered from Jimmy John’s for a company luncheon and gave them a full week’s notice as well as instructions to take the elevator up to the fourth floor of our building to drop off the delivery. Instead, the general manager left our food in the main lobby of our very busy building and it was stolen. I never received a call or voicemail until after he was back at the store and by the time I went down to the lobby it had been stolen. The worst part of this is that we had 40 people waiting for food and the general manager said that all he could do was refund us, no replacement food or anything. We’ve never had an issue like this in the past and are sorely disappointed in the customer service here. If you’re ordering for a company event, I would caution against using this Jimmy Johns. We’ll never be ordering from them again.

i don’t know how they do it but i’ve literally never gotten the incorrect order. you’d figure just by ordering delivery from there for so long that eventually they’d make a mistake, but i’ve never had that happen. i appreciate their dependable accuracy in their orders!! nicely done, thanks ya’ll

Usually have a good review, but not today. Ordered my food online and got a confirmation right away as usual. Got excited because they’re usually really quick. Waited for 40 minutes and got worried so called to check on the status of my order. The employee said it was out for delivery. 20 minutes later, I turned on my oven, preparing to make food in case my food wasn’t coming. Then called the store and was told the order was still on delivery, even though the website showed it hadn’t left the store yet. Usually tip at least 30% because I get my order within 30 minutes, but took an hour an 20 minutes for a 2 sandwich order with a bag of chips from a store 10 minutes away. Each time I called they said it was out for delivery already. Whoever was managing that night must be embarrassed.

This Jimmy John’s location is da bomb! They are indeed FREAKY FAST at deliveries! The delivery guys/gals are always very nice and my orders are always correct! There are few occasions when they can’t deliver my way, but what I’ve been told is, it is only because they are short staffed — completely understandable. In my opinion, this is the BEST Jimmy John’s in town!

My wife ordered 2 sandwiches and noticed the charge on her statement was for $50. When she called the Manager said the slip showed a $37 tip?!? We left a $2 but evidently that wasn’t good enough. It’s been 6 weeks and 3 phone calls later and still have not received a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY WILL LITERALLY STEAL FROM YOU AND NOT CARE.

This location is always so slow for delivery. My work is a 3 min bike ride away and it’s usually an hour wait at least. Currently going on 1 hr and 5 min and counting. I’ve ordered at lunch time, I’ve ordered ahead of time and scheduled a delivery for lunch time, and I’ve ordered in the evening – it doesn’t matter.
