My order arrived over two hours after it was “out for delivery” – just shy of three hours after placing my order. The employees gave me stiff attitude when I called over an hour after the “out for delivery” notification for an update. The GM won’t retun my call to discuss and process a refund.

I order here way to often to my job, but the food and most importantly the people are just so awesome. My building is a bit of a maze to find our office, and this is the only company and set of people who will deliver it to my desk. I’ve never had any issues with them and doubt I ever will, they really are a great group of individuals.

This company, the staff at this company took my credit card number and then used it to try to make a purchase. I’m not sure specifically which staff but when I came in they were acting sketchy and laughing. And a couple days later I get a large charge? Thankfully it was declined and reported for fraud. But I will be reporting this specific location to the fitchburg police and an investigation will commence.

Marcus takes your order like you owe him money. Rude, short, akward, you can tell he doesn’t want to be there, makes you feel like he’s extremely annoyed and upset with you that you had the audacity to call and order jimmy johns, and he’s barely doing the bear minimum. Almost didn’t even finish the order, and I’m sure alot of people don’t and just say f it and eat elsewhere. If you don’t like your job, quit. He’s probably costing the drivers tip money, although I still tipped mine $5
