I work nearby and frequent JJ. I would definitely visit more if they figured out what they were doing. Today I visited, and there were 3 orders ahead of me. I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Three employees behind the counter, only one appeared to be doing anything. On top of this, I found a string of plastic in my sub. I don’t like to rag on businesses, particularly when everyone is short-staffed, but JJ’s has been like this for months.

As someone that eats JJ about twice a week, I feel I’m somewhat an expert on their sandwiches. Today we ordered 4 sandwiches from the JJ by Kalahari. 3 of the 4 sandwiches had no mayo and/or guacamole and were dry as the Sahara desert. This is the same place that last year had a sign on the door saying – “no turkey”.

I downloaded Yelp just so I could warn people how awful this place is. I’m a repeat customer because I live near by and appreciate the option of delivery. On three separate occasions they forgot to add bacon on my sandwich and charged me for it anyways. Each time I called in to complain they said they would give me a free chip bag coupon.. I don’t eat chips?? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER BE ORDERING THERE! Today they forgot to put chicken in a chicken Cesar wrap??? I don’t know what is going on over there but I would highly recommend ordering from any other jimmy johns. This place is an absolute embarrassment to the restaurant chain as a whole. I’m a nice person and understand everyone makes mistakes.. but I will never be ordering from here again.

I’m blown away by all the bad reviews. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. I’ve been to poorly ran Jimmy John’s and this one is just understaffed. They were one of the fastest I’ve ever been to. Our order was accurate but we don’t ask for any changes to regular menu. They were out of turkey but no big deal other options are way better. Provide your location with more staff and you’ll see the positive reviews go up.

I will give less stars if I could. I placed an online order for 12 sandwiches. After taking my money, I received a call from the store and was told I have to place a catering order which takes 24 hours. Upon visiting the store that same night there was no customers and they still refused to complete my order. I have worked for a Jimmy John’s in the past and we would be thrilled to fill a 12 sandwich order. Ridiculous. I’ll never go back to the Jimmy John’s in Wisconsin Dells.

We have ordered on multiple occasions, and something is always wrong. Today will be our last order. The delivery person left the food at the house across the street from us, even though our address is clearly visible on our house. I called to let them know, and they told me, “well your delivery driver just got back so the food couldn’t have been out there more than 5 or 10 minutes “.

Very entertaining experience… got the wrong order and mine was sent to another address. Was told to go get the food myself. Asked for it to be remade cause that’s honestly ridiculous. The woman (didn’t catch her name, between 2 and 230 PM) called me back and continued to blame the delivery man! It was really unprofessional and it made me feel like she doesn’t respect customers or employees… its one thing to deliver the wrong food, but it’s worse to be a terrible manager.
