So, I haven’t personally dined here but my mom does. She lost her partner of 13 years suddenly. Tonight, she had called a local pizza place that wouldn’t deliver to her because her order was 12 cents shy of what they require for delivery. They weren’t willing to budge either. So, she called Jimmy John’s. Not only did the girl in the phone show her kindness and care, they bought her meal, delivered it, AND included a card and flowers. I’m 800 miles away from my mom right now, so someone showing her this kind of kindness in her time of grief is so very appreciated. Thank you to the staff of this store.

This is what a $13.47 sandwich looks like? I ordered extra meat, cheese, onions, dressing… I keep giving chances (weekend football, 5 pm rush, etc.) so purposely ordered at 2:15 on a Monday. Worse than the others (and those were bad). If this is “extra” then I hate to see what a regular sandwich looks like. My husband’s $15 sandwich was just as bad—and THAT should have been triple meat. If we wanted to eat bread we’d of done so for free. We could not taste one thing on those one inch tall “extra” sandwiches except bread.

I ordered a J.J.B.L.T from there and I’ve never had problems with them before and this one time I ordered I paid with cash and first of all the guy had to ask me what I get back and second I open my sandwich and all that is on it is Tomatoes, Bacon and Mayo and I did not say no Lettuce. How can you possibly mess this up! Not happy at all!!

Greatest Jimmy Johns experience I have ever had! I’m a regular at the beaver dam store but it doesn’t even compare. The beaver dam store has terrible safety protocol and very rude staff, coming to Columbus I experienced the exact opposite. Everyone was very sanitary and polite when speaking to me. I love Jimmy Johns food but the beaver dam store was starting to ruin it for me. Not to mention the phenomenal job on the #9 I ate, the bread was fresh and the tomato and onion placement was pristine. I’m glad to know when I want good service I only have to drive 15 minutes away. Great job to everyone in Columbus Jimmy Johns management, staff, and supporting customers.
