well, there’s our ham wrapped in lettuce . It’s quite disappointing to verify that it’s to be wrapped in lettuce with no bread, and come home to a sandwich with no lettuce anywhere.The other 2 sandwiches were great.

Went here today 721/21) since I was in town. I ordered my sandwich right off the app. Never been here before at this location. Paid for it and was all set to go. There wasn’t anyone inside eating, but they had plenty of orders they were working on for drive thru. Very clean inside. People inside were all very kind and professional. I got the meal. So for about 10.50 I got a huge sub made exactly the way I wanted it, a soda. and that huge big cookie. Now I am in a food coma! JJ IS THE SUPERIOR CHOICE. I gave up on Subway long ago. Gave up on many other so-called-sub places.The inconsistencies and they are not less expensive. It is around just 10.75 for a Spicy Italian without a meal(at Subway).

Had to call the store due to a confusing error on ordering through DoorDash. Was speaking to the manager who was working on 5/2/2023 at 7:30pm and she was very rude. Do not recommend ordering from here!!!! Absolutely awful customer service!

Could not have messed my order up more. Missing both the things I added to the sandwich, included both the things I removed, and even added pickles, which I didn’t add and don’t even come on the sandwich. Then the kickin ranch cup was also only about 1/4 full, not sure how that even happens. This happens every time I order here, the sandwich is always wrong and the sides are often just forgotten. It’s like they don’t actually look at the order at all, and just make the base sandwich most of the time.

I ordered for a group of basketball girls on 11-5-22. I placed the order slightly before they opened online to assure it would be delivered accordingly to our schedule. We were very very close by(5 minutes). I witnessed at least one delivery from there come and go and had to call 3x to ask about ours. I had 15 hungry girls wanting to eat…….I finally called and asked to speak to a manager, I was promised a call back Monday 11-7. Never got a call back and no follow up. Highly disappointed and will never utilize their services again.

Bah, want to support local businesses where you can, but sometimes you just have to call it like you see it. Placed an order for delivery around 5:23pm. Was out for delivery about 20 minutes later, finally called the restaurant around 6:30 to inquire. It was supposedly with their slowest driver…said to call back in 20 minutes if the food didn’t show up. Called back at 6:50 to ask for a refund….we will see if we get it…food never did show. We order fairly regularly from here, but this isn’t the first time we have had issues unfortunately. Sandwiches are usually good but service and timeliness are issues, this is not generally a freaky fast establishment. Our 5 year old stayed by the door crying while we ate cereal. He didn’t want cereal, he wanted jimmy johns! Go figure…

11:25 on a Saturday morning, took at least 15 if not 20 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. 2 customers waiting ahead of us in the store, steady drive thru and delivery drivers came in waiting to go out again. What I presume was the shift manager/lead then began shouting to everyone who walked in the door “15-20 minute wait” as if they hoped people would leave. The message could have been relayed in a more welcoming tone “sorry, we are very busy (short staffed, whatever), it may take 15-20 minutes for us to get your order made”. We watched at least 7-8 people walk out within a 5 minute period. Seems to me if you have people coming into your business, it might make more sense to serve them and decline deliveries until caught up or something. It was definitely not a freaky fast experience for anyone. Food was fine once we got it, but with the wait and demeanor of a few of the employees, we likely won’t eat here again.
