Tables were all dirty, floor in front of women’s bathroom was wet with no wet floor sign. There was a female worker who entered the women’s bathroom with gloves on and WITH her apron on holding cleaning supplies and came out with same gloves on. Didn’t put the wet floor sign up either.

I have an allergy to onions that is not deadly but they make me sick. I order an $11.50 sandwich with no onions and half way through it has onions. I call and let them know and you know what they say “oops, sorry”. I could tell the person on the other end really didn’t care. I asked if I would get a free sandwich next time I was in. He say “you are not getting a free sandwich but I can give you a $2 credit”. Keep your $2 and I just won’t eat JJ again which usually was a 3-4 times a month lunch place. Might want to let the employees know that customers are actually where the money comes from to pay their wages!

Midday Saturday service was slow. Certainly nowhere near freaky fast. They were putting together some big take out order but the 4 of us were the only ones in the store! The sliced bread option was a bit dry, like it was a couple of days old.

I really like Jimmy John’s subs and this visit was no exception. Very good sandwich. The sandwich was prepared quickly but well done. It was nice and quiet there which is a change because sometimes they play a lot of rock and roll. Reasonable price. Good sandwich
