My order was placed online. The order process was seamless and was fine but with one issue. The completion of making my ordered never happened so I finally called to see what was going on to find out that “oh that happens sometimes”, really? Strange i thought.

I’m contemplating giving up on this store. I don’t order often but when I do, yes they’re “freaky fast” but they’re also freaky forgetful!! Forgot my cookie! Oh, we’ll credit you. Forgot my drink! Oh, we’ll credit you. One time I order a quartered pickle & it’s a large. The next time it’s a small!! This place is so inconsistent & forgetful I just envision it run by a band of high school boys who, “Are just here until my career takes off, man!” They don’t seem to care if they get your order correct at all! I mean you’ve got a $6 dollar delivery fee & I gave a tip just so you could forget to give me all my food!!!

Ordered pick up. Followed instructions to a T. Saw them using gloves while preparing food as I pulled up. You’d be surprised how many people don’t wear gloves or forget to. I ordered a BLT add onion with no tomato, jalapeño chips, a pickle & a Diet Coke. The only thing I was surprised by was the sandwich is cold. That’s how it’s meant to be & it wasn’t any less delicious though. Store was clean, food was prompt, & staff were friendly. I gave four stars because I reserve 5 stars for places that go above & beyond in all aspects.

Not a lot options for a quick bite in Chippewa. Thank Goodness there’s a Jimmy John’s. The place is as packed, but they aren’t kidding around when they say “freaky fast”. Card reader was down, but thankfully they had Apple Pay™️. Subs weren’t bad.

We ordered our food at about five o clock. We were waiting a while and were wondering if our food wasn’t coming. Our sandwiches got to our house about an hour after we ordered, so about 6 o clock. The sandwiches were tasty and good, but the wait took a while. I recommend this place if you want cheap snadwiches, just know that they might take a while to deliver on busy nights.

Ordered ultimate porker, no bacon what so ever on the entire sandwich. They didn’t even let DoorDash know my order was ready. They never updated the website. Tried to call 5 times to find out where order was after an hour and they never picked up one time.
