Great place if you can’t eat bread. It’s nice to be able to get a sandwich wrapped in lettuce. The meats, cheeses, and veggies are fresh and good quality. My sandwich yesterday was yummy and they’re wrapped in wax paper in such a way you can unwrap part and eat it, then unwrap more and eat. Love Jimmy Johns, just wish they had a drive through but not feasible at this location.

Rude disinterested employees. I got 3 of the same sandwiches which are completely different sizes, the smallest being hardly bigger then a 6in. You do not get alot of food for the cost. Haven’t been impressed with the Cambridge location in the past & won’t be going there again or recommend it to anyone I know

Just to make others aware because I didn’t realize this. You can’t get all sandwiches on a wrap. They only allow you to get the 3 wraps offered. Their bread contains soy and I have a soy allergy so I wasn’t able to eat their food so it’s not a review for the food.

Two weeks ago my husband was told they ran out of bread, after 10 minutes waiting while he was on the phone. Today he ordered X onions on both sandwiches and received none on his, both sandwiches we’re Giants. I called the store to be asked, “What should I do?” Have you’re employees listen. He asked the man making them and the woman taking the order both X onions, and the bread was slightly hard and darker than usual. What is so hard. With the Managers attitude and demeaour I hung up. The employees have bad attitudes. What a shame, service used to be good. I’ll return to Subway instead.

Went during a dinner rush with 2 staff behind the counter. It was evident that they felt overwhelmed. Nonetheless they helped me in a timely manner with friendliness. My order was correct and delicious. The atmosphere is simple and clean.

The staff are very nice and the food is as expected. I have had bits of my order forgotten several times from chips, the kids subs, pickle, cheese on my sub. The staff are always kind and apologetic but many times I don’t notice till I’m home. Also I have pre-ordered 15 minutes ahead and had my order not started till I got there.

We had a miscommunication about what comes on the sandwich, which was my fault, but the willingness of the employees to help resolve the situation was beyond frustrating. They were rude and disrespectful. Their only solution was to buy another sandwich.
