What we supposed to get, versus what we got the first time; meat missing, no tomato requested specifically and it was only tomato and lettuce (instead of a vito). The second sandwich was missing peppers as well and had extra items on it unrequested. To be fair they did promptly send replacement sandwiches after we called. Found a green hair approximately 5 inches long on the replacement sandwiches, no solution offered when called again. Gave two stars because I felt bad for the driver and at least she was nice. You guys do realize people actually eat the things that are sent out of your store right?

I work 4 minutes (2.5 miles away) and they won’t deliver to my shop. Some people can’t shut down the shop to leave for lunch. What a joke. So much for the 5 minute 3mile rule that jimmy John’s has.

Asked if they participated in the sandwich bingo that was sent to me in an email. Both employees had no clue about it. It was buy 3 sandwiches and get one in a reward. We choose to buy only one by the app. I went next door, but wife ordered! They lost our ticket waited for 25 minutes before asking for sandwich. Normally would give five stars. Today was a zero!!!

Went here on a last minute mission for buddies wedding. Needed 60 sandwiches made for grooms/bridesmaids. They helped us tremendously and in less than 10 mins we had 60 sandwiches and were out the door. Great new management, and incredibly friendly. Thanks a ton Forest Lake Jimmy John’s! Will never forget y’all!

I really enjoyed this spot. I had never ordered here before, and the staff were very helpful with helping me understand what to order. I built a custom sandwich with lettuce, pickles, salami, and banana peppers, and it was very good. I had it to go and I was very satisfied with the taste. I would recommend checking this place out if you’re unsure.

This place rocks. You know it. Always delish. Always fast. Always consistent. My youngest loves it. It’s worth a 15 mile drive for me anytime someone in the family craved it. I do the drive all the time. Wish they would expand their delivery zone.

I love Jimmy Johns but this location NEVER gets your order correct. Today, they forgot the turkey on the Beach Club… Seriously how do you forget the main ingredient??? Last time they forgot the cheese… 50 percent of the time the bread is extremely stale. Maybe they should stop trying to be “freaky fast” and just work on getting the correct ingredients applied to the sandwiches… If your in Forest Lake and need food I would recommend going ANYWHERE but here.

I waited a good ten minutes prior to an employee finally placing my order or even being acknowledged by the staff. I will say that they seemed to be extremely busy with online orders, deliveries, etc., but I was the first one in line at the register and wasn’t so much as acknowledged, greeted, or even looked at. I would have totally understood if they had simply said “Hi, we will be with you momentarily.” The one star is simply for the fact that once my order was placed, it was prepared quickly, but I would have preferred waiting a bit longer for preparation and not starting the long line at the register.
