Teenager with skater hair decided he wanted to have a bad day and walked in to him making a ladies sandwich with an attitude. Asked for my normal plain slim for my son and asked for my normal side of lettuce and offered to pay for it like I normally do. Give them a speeding ticket… Mike took my order freaky fast. Before I even inserted my card they already handed me my sandwich. Nice seating area. The employees look like they get along well with each other. So it was enjoyable to watch them work together.

Two times in a row I’ve ordered a slim 4 (JUST Turkey) with cheese and I’ve been given tomatoes, mayo and lettuce. Clearly some sandwich makers are not reading the order right, or are not aware of the proper menu item. As someone with allergies, not happy.

Constantly having issues with the delivery! Either my order is wrong, my drink is spilled all over my front door, or the a**hole driver leaves my order thrown on my sidewalk in front of my house because there wasn’t a tip on the order. Tips are bonuses given to those who go above and beyond what they are already being paid to do, deliver the whole order in tact and the way the customer ordered it!!!! DO BETTER! Seriously.

I’ve been a long time customer of Jimmy Johns. I actually worked at their St Paul location. What’s it like being a delivery driver in the heart of downtown? It can be stressful but meeting people and dropping off the food with a warm smile can make someone’s day. I have been going to the IGH location I would recommend ordering in person because online can be difficult and they miss things in your order. But I do still like getting my unwhich and capicola. Check out your local IGH store for a sandwich shop near you.

Ordered a beach club, chips and soda today for delivery around 3pm with multiple substitutions. The delivery was fast and the food tasted good and was a good quality. The only thing is either the avocado sauce was missing or I just couldn’t taste it. Overall it was a good experience.
