I bought the number 13 I thought it had too much cheese, so as I was going to take out half of the cheese what do I find a freaking hair in my food .. I’m NOT HAPPY! so I have to go back to the Jimmy John’s. I was on break and now food less..I had to return work to eat my food but I can’t enjoy it now I’m completely turned off from Jimmy John’s.. Smh.

So Sat night we ordered Jimmy’s and the driver delivered to my neighbor (we live in Duplex) sadly my neighbor took it and Jimmy came back and redeliverd no charge. Thank you for being so amazing.

Would give 0 stars if I could, and I’m a retail worker too so I have a LOT if patience with food/ retail workers but I’ve had it with any Jimmy johns in the area, but now ESPECIALLY this one. Every single time I go into this location or the Woodbury one the staff is insanely rude and hardly acknowledge me, which I put up with for a long time, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a blt from them on my lunch break from work, I returned to my job to find that they gave me TWO PIECES OF BACON ON BREAD. I was understandably upset that I had to leave work AGAIN to fix this and get an actual lunch, and when I got to the store I was laughed at by one of the many rude workers there. Would 100% go get a sub from anywhere but here.
