Super freaky fast ? More like Super Slow! Super unpleasant experience today. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up. Pick up table had no orders. The guy in the middle of making sandwiches sees me, looking confused and asks my name, which I reply, thinking ok good, they know I’m here, I must be next… wrong 3 people who came in and ordered after me got there’s fast as could be! I go back up to the counter and by then the manager notices I haven’t gotten my stuff and he seen me come in… he ask the young man at the end of the assembly line about my order he says “oh I don’t know check behind me, but not that one ‘that’s mine!!’ “ that boy was so worried about his free employee meal, and his mom waiting outside that he completely forgot about me. Sad. I’m so disgusted with the experience , I haven’t bothered touching the food but i know it’s usually good so 5 there. But the atmosphere, never again. Waited 9 mins for a 2 slim Turkey Tom’s. Crazy!!
