I think this is the last time I’m ordering from this location. As much as I love Jimmy John’s and even though their sandwiches here are up to typical quality of any other Jimmy John’s, their delivery is practically nonexistent. I’ve had MULTIPLE hour+ waits for Order Received to even swap over to Out for Delivery, and numerous times (4+) I’ve had my order canceled after they only just realized they didn’t have a driver after half an hour or longer.

If you have over a hour to kill for your freaky fast delivery, this is the place for you… Otherwise, I would pass on ordering a quick lunch. The quality of food is always lacking as well. Whatever you do do not order a whole wheat sandwich. Last one I received wasn’t even a whole sandwich.

This is a very poorly performing Jimmy John’s. I’d avoid it and pick something else. As other reviewers have mentioned, they are much slower to make sandwiches than other JJ’s or Subway/PotBelly.

Ordered through door dash. They called me to tell me they ran out of bread. I asked what my options were. Their answer was unintelligible. I asked if they had the bigger sized bread and could they substitute for that. They made it sound like I was asking for a million dollars. Lol. And asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said yes. But they didn’t. Instead, they charged it through and marked it as delivered. Terrible service.

Ordered around 2 pm Saturday, App said the order was confirmed. Waited an hour and thought it was weird so I called the store, there were no delivery drivers on that day and no one had let me know. So then I order through the DoorDash app and I get a call from the person working saying they voided my earlier payment. Even though this is a huge pain in the butt I say ok thanks. I ask while she’s on the line if I can get no ice for my drink in the DoorDash order. She says JJ’s delivers their own food, not a DoorDash driver so my second order would not be coming either. This was over a two hour process before I was finally able to order somewhere else and eat. When JJ’s is supposed to be “freaky fast” I was waiting for hours. THEN, I go to check my bank account today, I was charged for almost $30 for my DoorDash that the store never canceled! Like the transaction actually went through. I will never order from this location again, would not recommend.

I hate this place!! The order is messed up and they are incredibly slow which is frustrating for a place that their whole business is based on freaky fast. I am currently waiting for the missed sandwich no for 57 min not including the time we have already waited for the original order to come!!! So annoying!! DO BETTER

This is a chicken Caesar wrap?! I think not and why the staff felt this was acceptable to send out for a delivery! I show up to the store, the young lady questions if this is how it showed up to me, as if I would get up in the middle of a storm after I paid for delivery and tipped the guy to lie about this. Service horrible, presentation even worse! I didn’t get a credit or anything, my “wrap” was remade and wasn’t much better, but because I’m starving I ate it. Safe to say I won’t be back to this location. Customer service at a all time low at this location. Very disappointed!

Came into the store tonight at 7:45 pm, both young men were on their phones. No hello’s, no salutations. I asked for an unwhich (spelling?) the younger of the two men looked in a freezer and said we don’t have any unwhichs left. I informed the young man that I have a gluten allergy, which he proceeded to inform me that my sandwich would not be available until tomorrow. It’s essentially wrapped in romaine lettuce, not a whole lot of prep needed for that. I proceeded to order a sandwich for my son, and paid and left. Nothing from customer service 101 was involved with my 8-9$ sale. It’s really disappointing the quality of help and customer service involved. I would highly not recommend this location.

Tried to give them a chance time after time but no matter what time I come in whether it’s noon or 5pm they are always out of some type of key ingredient, whether it’s bread, or lettuce. They are not busy at all. Just a lack of prep.
