For some reason we keep coming back to these guys every couple month’s out of convenience but this is by far, the worst Jimmy John’s in the world. Do yourself a favor and not order from there. This place needs to be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau. Orders that never show up, sometimes they call an hour later that they “have no drivers” hours before close. Strange place.

Despite the COVID-19 staffing shortage, this crew works tirelessly nonstop to serve great, fresh sandwiches. Unfortunately their delivery does take a bit, but I’ve never had bad food from this place. The one time I did, all I had to do is simply ask the manager to make a new sandwich because the one they gave simply wasn’t their usual quality. They even refunded the order without me even asking. In an area such as Eden Prairie it’s hard to work a minimum wage job, and deal with snobby rich people. Mad props to the 3 managers and crew members who work here.

Used to work in retail and rarely leave poor reviews, but I would rate zero if I could. I timed it at 12 minutes in the drive-thru line before leaving without my order, not one car had moved and I had to get back to work. Pathetic when your slogan is “freaky fast.” Had another bad experience years ago at this location, will never return. Glad to see the owner is monitoring these comments, I considered sending a separate email to ownership. Based on other comments I may send a note to corporate, they must not be aware or care how poorly this location is managed.

The food is good, in store service is always quick for me as well. I ordered for delivery for the first time today, it took 45 minutes to deliver my sandwich.. My soda was flat with no ice left in it when I received it. I understand if you get busy but I feel a call or some type of communication about the delivery time needs to be established. There is no estimated delivery time on the email but I know they’re supposed to be ‘freaky fast’. 45 minutes is far to long.
