My wife picked up Jimmy John’s on her way home at the Monticello Jimmy John’s and ordered a Turkey Tom and a number 10 Hunters Club sandwich. I was about to enjoy what was a roast beef sandwich, but I had no meat in my sandwich! Apparently making sandwiches correctly is a difficult task. Called the store and inquired as to why my sandwich had no meat on it. I asked to speak with the manager and they put me on hold and never picked up. I waited 10 minutes and then hung up. I guess the manager was too busy to handle a customer concern. I would not recommend eating at this Jimmy John’s unless you want your sandwich screwed up. They obviously could care less about the customer as they view us as expendable. Jersey Mike’s for us from now on!

This is the SLOWEST and worst JJ’s I have ever been too. I come this way for an event once a year and every year I come here I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and you’re stuck in line so you can’t even get out. WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THERE?!? I don’t understand how it can be this bad
