Update: what a terrible response by the owner, I had no more than an ounce or two of meat on my whole sandwich at most. One thin slice of meat. I absolutely will NOT be trying any of your other sandwiches lol

They completely forgot to customize my order. They forgot: To add the bacon, the Dijon mustard, and to remove the tomatoes, and onions. I recommend you don’t customize your sandwich with anything that costs extra because it’s likely you’re just wasting money in exchange for nothing. Meanwhile the staff is always either sitting or LAYING around in the customer seating section of the restaurant

Opens at 10. Got here at 10:20. Note on the door said they they will be back soon. Then, after 3 employees showed up arpund 10:30, doors were still locked. Was told they would still be a few minutes. Feels like its run by teenagers.

Stopped by on Wednesday at 6 pm at Rogers location to order a couple of sandwiches and they told me they are out of BREAD ??? REALLY ??? What kind of sub shop runs out of bread 3 hr before closing? I think its time for better management at this location.

We ordered by phone…have done same order MANY TIMES at other Jimmy John’s and they have been delicious…the one in Rogers was a complete disaster!!! Waited forever, not what we had ordered at all! Whatever subs that were in our bag, were not gluten free, wrong meat, and looked like a mess!!! We left the bag, since it looked disgusting and was all wrong, because there was a few people waiting and none of them were happy!! I won’t ever go back….Corporate…..you need to fire who is there, and hire someone or a few people who are good at making your food there, or close it down.

Hands down my favorite Jimmy John’s to go to when I’m on lunch and the employees are absolutely amazing. Most days I don’t know what I want so I’ll tell them just to pick a number and that’s the sandwich I will get. Super friendly and good vibes all across the board at this place

Not one to comment negatively or leave bad reviews. But unfortunately, there’s some learning that needs to be done here. The drive-thru was closed, which was fine. However, I walk in with 5 guys just standing around. It took someone 5 minutes to ask me what I wanted to order. They got both orders wrong, and they were swearing and goofing off in the meantime. Not impressed with the food or customer service.
