I should’ve looked at the reviews ahead of time as they are all true and valid. Avoid this location at all costs- I thought it was going to be a “freaky fast” order but it was quite the opposite. I went through the drive through and fully regret it. I waited 25 minutes for ONE sandwich. I drove away and realized my sandwich was not the one I ordered. I couldn’t turn around as the wait time gave me no time to turn around because at this point I was already running late. I called the store and they apologized and I asked for a refund. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

This location has a pretty significant staffing issue. The people who work at this location are working hard and doing what they can, but this store clearly doesn’t have enough people employed at any given time. If you come to the drive through, prepared to be ignore for a considerable amount of time or entirely. If you go inside, they might take your order or they might ignore you for 5-10 minutes while they continuously make other orders even though the dinning area is empty. If they do end up taking your order, they won’t make your sandwich for a while. I’m in the dining room now, watching the single employee that’s in the entire store, make a bunch of sandwiches with no help, completely ignoring the drive through. I’ve been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Jimmy John’s should really consider the ramifications of allowing this store to continue operating this way. It’s not good for the brand.

I got there at 8:30 and both employees groaned when I walked in. (I totally understand arriving too close to closing time but I felt like 30 minutes wasn’t that late?) after making my sandwich, the employees proceeded to hide the rest of the 2 loaves of bread in the shop and told the next two customers that came in after me that they had no more bread and couldn’t make anymore sandwiches. After I walked out at 8:43, they locked the doors and told the next customer they were closed. As a former JJ’s employee myself I’m really disappointed in my experience and especially my sandwich.

Only go here if you want to be ignored like a wrapper on the floor. After waiting a couple minutes by the speaker for the drive-through I rolled up to the window thinking maybe they just didn’t see me there. I smiled and waved and the worker looked at me . 10 minutes go by and still no one has acknowledged my presence there. At this point, I park and head in the store. The worker looks at me and then looks back down. I then ,a little sarcastically, ask “is the drive thru open? ” ( I couldn’t help myself; I was just so annoyed at this point). Of course, no reply. And no acknowledgment. He preceeded to ignore me some more with a flat expression with a sprinkle of side eye. I left. To note, I was the only one in line.

Stood at counter waiting to give my order. Stood there for 10 minutes while 2 employees were doing there thing. No one said a word to me hello, welcome, be right with you, nothing. So I walked over to the older gentleman and asked if someone was going to take my order. He responded extremely rude. Will not go back! Very poor customer service.

Food was still on point, however, it took 25 minutes and the fountain machine was broken. We ordered online for pickup otherwise would have walked. There was one employee doing his best to keep things running but just couldn’t possibly keep up. Guy was set up for failure. Who ever manages this place should be ashamed.

Avoid this location at all costs! I have had numerous issues through the drive through and with delivery. The kicker is they don’t seem to care that they are giving poor service. Do yourself a favor and go to a different store that has employees with some work ethic.

CONSTANTLY UNDERSTAFFED. The always randomly close their drivethrough. I was just sitting in line for 15 min, and when I got to the speaker they told me they are closing their drivethrough due to being understaffed. I had to sit in line for another 10 min for the cars in front of me to leave. This place totally sucks, go ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

Every time I come here I regret that I did. I literally am sitting in line for 2 sandwiches and have been in the waiting line for 15 minutes. That’s after waiting 5 to wait for someone to come to the intercom. I am not a demanding person but this is just simply ridiculous. Never again. I literally could’ve sat down in a restaurant and gotten fed before I just did now.
