To the young lady who closed August 31st 2023, your attitude was disgusting! She threw the sandwiches at me and said to bag it myself. (Btw it was my first time there) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Leaving this establishment as I write this. Walked in Friday evening, not greeted by the one staff who is video chatting on her phone, stand there for probably three minutes ready to order as she is making inappropriate gestures to her video chat. Never did she attempt to serve me or stop me as I turned around and walked out. Excellent service! I wouldn’t want her making me a sandwich at that point even if she had asked me. Yikes.

The service was great! I got delivery and it was here right on time. However, I got food poisoning from this place and it’s been horrible. Out of all the different Jimmy johns locations I’ve been to this is the only one that’s given me food poisoning. I don’t think I could ever look at a Jimmy John’s sandwich again.

Ordered delivery today in the middle of the afternoon thinking it shouldn’t take longer than 30 minutes or so since it’s not a normal dinner time. I was wrong. Took an hour. It took the delivery person 30 minutes to get it to me. The store is about 5 minutes away from my work. It ended up coming after my break so by the time I ended up eating it, it was super soggy. Last time I’ll order from this location.
