Freaky fast? More like what the freak! This place was not so fast. Albeit there was one person taking orders and making sandwiches, but I was not at all impressed. The sandwiches were good. But not even an apology for the freaky slow service. We just wanted some after dancing subs, but instead received disappointment and hunger. I would have preferred to stop somewhere on our drive home then ended up at that jimmy Johns at 1 am.

The price is bad enough but when you order online, get a confirmation but ten 10mins later get a phone call that your order was canceled due to no delivery personnel for the night.

After waiting 30 minutes for my order called to see how long. They said atleast another 30 minutes before one sandwich would be out the door. One hour for one sandwich is insane. If I owned or managed this Jimmy John’s I’d be embarrassed. It’s one thing to be busy. Another to not even try. I did cancel the order. No point in ordering from this location again.

Not only is the music unnecessarily loud, but they’re playing music on a blown speaker and it sounds absolutely horrendous. You’d think they would turn it down after blowing a speaker, but nope. Can’t even hear the employees at the counter. It’s like ordering a drink at a nightclub.

Was sitting waiting for my food at the door, I get a call that my food is here so I open door and no one is anywhere to be seen. No food either. I called the driver back no answer call the store no answer and no food. It’s frustrating trying to get in touch so just doing a chargeback

Rarely have delivery service. Even when they have delivery service available online half the time they call you and tell you they don’t have a driver so have to cancel your order. Randomly close early all the time. Today is -12 windchill and I took the bus only to arrive and see a note that they closed at 3. Don’t waste your time.

This one really is the worst Jimmy John’s. I live super close and have quit going here entirely. They simply cannot get an order correct, and I’ve tried so many times. The staff is often rude. It’s just not a pleasant experience to get attitude when ordering, then find out when you get home that they completely effed up your order anyways. I have a 3 month long outstanding customer service ticket with the ownership group, and still no one has bothered following up.
