Absolutely atrocious – ordered 1 wrap and it came absolutely drenched in sauce and soggy. It fell apart so much I couldn’t even eat it. The picture is after swapping it from the wrapper onto a plate, then onto a second plate bc the first was so wet from the sauce. When I called to let them know (specifically said I didn’t want a refund and wasn’t trying to be rude, but that I was just disappointed), the guy on the other end said “Well I didn’t make your wrap so I’m not responsible” ???? Then I was like, “Ok well I guess I just wanted to let you know it was pretty disappointing” and he followed up with a snarky, “We will make your sandwich better next time.” Worse customer service I’ve had in YEARS. Delivery guy was super nice though so the star is for him!

I ordered a slim 2 (roast beef) with cheese through the drive through. When I got to work and opened my sandwich, it’s just cheese. No roast beef. Very disappointed.

I love Jimmy John’s- but skip this location if you can. There were five people standing behind the counter not doing anything when we walked in. There was one employee helping a couple in front of us and they were having trouble with payment, but total wait time for them to place their order was actually 5 minutes. Every other employee stood and stared at us even though there are two registers. Even the one person still on the sandwich line was not making a sandwich at this point. Then we ordered and had to repeat our order three times to the kid ringing it up. He still managed to get it wrong and didn’t ring us up for a second chips. Then after we realized he didn’t add the “extra Mayo” we had requested, we reiterated the request when we were paying. He then said “you can tell them” and pointed at the team making sandwiches. There was no one behind us. At this point the kid just slouches over the counter and rests his palms in his hands with his elbows resting in the counter.

I came in on Friday to order my favorite sandwich. Club Lulu with extra Mayo, Cheese, and Onion. I had to travel to south Mpls for work. I finally opened my sandwich and notice I did not have bacon, onions, or the cheese I requested. So, I called and to inquire about the missing ingredients, the cashier advise said, “ I enter a number 4 sandwich but I wanted a number 16, I never specified so he gave me what he thought I wanted to eat neither of us verified my order as I was in a rush. He response was what do you want me to do about it. So, I asked to speak with the a manager, Eddie identified himself as the general manager he started off saying he heard me say I wanted the number #4 which I never said number at all. He spoke over me as he intentional and lied about my interaction with the cashier. He came to conversation with intentions to misunderstand so, I thank him and hung up. Two things happened the integrity of the management and the obvious display of the cashier being extremely high and lethargic which is he made a mistake. If you are bipoc person don’t waste your time this location thrive with out you!

Leaps and Bounds ahead of competitor sandwich shops but they stopped making my favorite sandwich with the alfalfa sprouts. I’m super bummed that was by far my favorite sandwich from any chain

Whoever is in charge of running the West End Shops store needs some serious help on how to effectively run a Jimmy John’s. Not sure if it’s due to employee deficits or what, but during the last 2 months, they have been closed during the day due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ on two separate occasions, and now today at noon on a Wednesday – they did NOT HAVE ANY BREAD. Customer service skills are also severely lacking and morale as well…whoever owns this store needs to seriously consider who they have in their employ at this location – and consider some major changes. Luckily there is a Jersey Mike’s Subs 2 blocks away and I will be bringing my business there going forward.

Paid a delivery fee, tipped the driver $5, received rude customer service over the phone all for a sandwich that was an hour late. At least the driver thanked me and the sandwich was correct when it finally arrived.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After an hour wait, I called to just to ensure my order went through (I did it through the app it showed no change in the hour) & my tone was calm aka I was not hangry. I am a strong believer in customer service & leading with kindness & respect. Howard, the disgruntled employee who answered was SO rude & cut me off numerous times when I was simply trying to verify my order was in queue. He explained multiple times that they were short staff & he’d get my order out. A decent customer service response would be, for example: “I’m sorry it is taking longer than normal to process your order, we are currently short handed on staff. However, I do see your order is next in line to go out and we will see you shortly” Not once did he apologize or show any respect.
