Can they “f” up a sandwich, yes they can, and they have a very loose interpretation of “fast”. Delivery will take 1-1 1/2 hours and my last two orders were wrong. Told to wait another hour for the proper item. Super curt and unapologetic service. I would recommend in store ordering only, so you can verify everything.

This is the best Jimmy John’s and the only one I order from even though there’s a closer one to my house. They know how to make an amazing unwich! I’ve ordered unwiches from other stores and they always came poorly made. As you can see in the pictures it is tightly wrapped and we’ll stuffed.

Can never use a credit card online. Keep getting same error. Card works everywhere else. Went to pick up and asked for the special, was told nothing they can do about it. No discount. AVOID. Jersey Mike’s is better anyway.

This store is hit and miss. There was a time when they were reliable and fast and friendly. Right now we’re waiting over 60 minutes for orders, they’re running out of bread and they don’t call or let you know.

As a big fan of JJ’s, I’m disappointed. Food quality is consistent with other locations, but the delivery service is awful. I’ve waited 40-60 min for the order tracker to tick over from “order received” to “out for delivery”. JJ’s staff is usually cheerful and friendly but here the staff is standoffish and slow to help. Also, they seem to have a hard time keeping the floor dry near the soda fountain as there is always a huge puddle right next to where they take your order.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager was completely rude. I ordered online and the online system actually took me to a different store outside of my delivery area. That store transferred everything to this store. The manager had an attitude from the get go. My main concern was I had paid online and I wanted to know if I got a refund with the transfer because this store said they would not deliver without payment information and my understanding was that I paid. I asked for a corporate number to find out about the refund and she got more rude and I could here her mumbling to a coworker about me. She told me I had to dispute any charges with my credit card and they could not do anything. I will NEVER order or each at Jimmy Johns again from this location or anyone in their chain. I spoke to the original location who said it seems odd if they could not get a hold of me why they did not just deliver it and get payment from me. The first location reassured me that I would get a refund and gave me the correct answer.
