So every time I order from here my order is never correct. The last time I never got my chips. Today you decide to give me a fudge bar instead of my chocolate chips cookies. If I wanted chocolate bar I would have ordered it. Please do better because this makes no sense. Here is your proof in my picture. And the big John included tomatoes and other vegetables from what I can remember. This is ridiculous!!!!! please do not order from here, you this food is not edible. If you call the store the manager is very rude and will never resolve the situation.

Was visiting from out of town, I was car-less so I ordered delivery, had to use door dash since they didn’t have a driver. Got my order which was wrong, called the location back to get it corrected. The new order never came, called back again and they had obviously forgot all about it. Over 2 hours later from ordering and I was still chasing after them. They didn’t have a delivery driver but told me they’d make it again right away, dunno how they expected me to get my food though? I said I’d just take a refund, they asked for my ticket number then hung up on me. I see this is normal for this location. A few other people (including me) never got their refund, they’d call and there’d never be a manager available. How convenient. I know Jimmy Johns corporate will respond to this review saying “oh no!” “That’s not how we roll” etc and to reach out, but I already did contact you Jimmy Johns, and you never answered any of my emails or messages. Brutal!

There are plenty of better Jimmy John’s out there and it’s a low bar to clear. I would suggest avoiding this place. Service was ok, but the workers were talking really loudly and the empty tables were covered in food and wrappers. I ordered takeout and wouldn’t have stayed anyways.

“Freaky Fast” does not apply to this store. I’ve ordered delivery from here probably a dozen times and each time it is at least an hour before I receive my food. I keep ordering occasionally because I don’t have the option to leave work for lunch every day and this is the store that delivers to my office; every time I think “maybe it will be faster this time”. Most times my lunch break is over before my food arrives and that includes when I order earlier than I think necessary. Today’s order has taken an hour and a half to arrive.

Order $40 in food yesterday evening for delivery and after an hour, food hasn’t been delivered yet. Love their online receipt “questions, don’t hesitate to call” I did over 6 times, kept ringing with no answer. Finally drove to the store, explained everything to the girl at the register, ” we have new phones, we been busy” there wasn’t anyone in the store. She wanted me to order again and offered me a bag of chips for the trouble….really!! If you tell me you screwed up or give me a legit excuse or just say SORRY, I would have been fine with it, but NOTHING from her nor the guy behind her. Got my money back refunded ( I hope) and took my business somewhere else. You can keep your chips. Jersey Mike’s was at my place 15 minutes later.

If I would ever get my order! I ordered it at 10:00 am through the app, it is now 12:30 still no sandwich……how frustrating. Not happy I have a scheduled lunch at work and it has past, if it shows up it will be my dinner And when I call she did ask me anything just said your order is on it’s way, I only have one driver!

This location never delivers on time. I work in a school and over the past year 95% of the time when teachers order, the meal isn’t here on time. It is so frustrating for teachers with a set lunch break to not get their food.. My meal today was 45 minutes late. When you call the store they do not answer the phone.

Ordered online. After 1 1/2 hour I called to see the expected time of arrival. I was told there is no way to determine that. I asked if she wanted my order number. She said “No I’m working on a catering order, I don’t got time for that” 3 hours later there was a credit on my account. No call no email saying we forgot you. Nothing!!!

Only bad JJ’s I have ever had. Slow service. Definitely no Freekie Fast. I had a Little John BLT. One end of the sandwich was the size of a half dollar. There was nothing but bread and mayo for 1” of the end of each end of sandwich. The lettuce was old and rusted. It was really a bad sandwich.

There was five people and only two working, guy seemed new on cash register, credit card machine didn’t work , tried both , hopefully it didn’t credit both . Paid cash , then waiting for my sandwich , she makes the guy behind me first . She said my ticket didn’t come up , so now I’m waiting longer . That whole crew needs to get their act toghether . Poor service! Then the couple in front of me ended up getting their whole meal compt , I’m like what????
