placed my order at 11:19am and did not receive it until 12:10pm. i get receiving multiple orders but my tracker stated out for delivery at 11:39. should not have taken 30 minutes to be dropped off on top of the 20 minutes to make it. either shrink your delivery distance or hold up to your company’s well known “freaky fast”

Not one to complain about a fast food joint, but every Jimmy Johns I’ve ever ordered from has been great, except this one. 40+ minutes to deliver a sandwich? The person answering the phone is not very good. Maybe extremely new to the position, but it was tough to even place the order. Didn’t write out delivery instructions for driver.

They are always late. Online order is for 10:30 but it doesn’t show until 11 or later. I’ve gotten the wrong order. I keep getting the wrong ingredients… random onion, lettuce head steams, or tons of mayo when I order lite.

I have never had any major problems until tonight. I am pretty bummed. I placed an online order through the app and got the confirmation email at 8:20pm. It is 9:23pm now. There have been no updates to the tracker, and the store closed at 9pm. It’s Monday so I didn’t think they would be super busy. We made almost $40 for all of our food. I can’t call because the store is closed, so I have to wait and call tomorrow. Sad night

The vibes of this Jimmy John’s was immaculate, I walked in and the Adventure Time theme song was playing, the girl at the cash register was very nice and complemented my keychain. Her co-workers also seemed to be having a good and fun time. The Jimmy John’s employees really be makin me cry in the club

Never had a problem until today. Something is wrong with the staff up in there. Paid 10 dollars for a little John and they tried to refuse to give me my chips and soda even tho the receipt clearly stated that I paid for the meal. Then after I start to show irritation and the tone of my voice changes, they try to use short staffing as a problem but there is a restaurant full of people who work there. I will never go back to this location I am completely unsatisfied seriously. And I do not recommend anyone else coming to this location because how dare you try to argue with me and not give me what I paid for. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Staff are rude to eachother and ignore customers and eachother. 5 people were working in the Space today and when someone asked to order inside they got ignored twice. Until a staff member came 15 minutes later to help. Team work makes it happen. None of them looked happy to be there to even take a order.

They never have any drivers!! They should not offer delivery and advertise on doordash if they can’t even provide their own drivers or use the ones doordash provides? Food has always come messed up or missing something when we order from here too. The owner needs to sell it because this place has been bad since before the pandemic.
