Food safety standards really lax – someone with unbound hair who kept touching her hair and face, someone eating at the line while making my sandwich, and I was asked to reach over the counter for napkins. Also, not freaky fast. Friendly people, but I’m grossed out. Won’t be back.

I love JJs but this one sucks. I live about 2 min away but still drive to the golden valley location because it’s so much better. Wacky hours, mediocre sandwich prep (super light on sauces, heavy on lettuce, build quality lacking), slower than most JJs, and standoffish employees to top it off.

This Jimmy Johns is awesome, hands down one of the best I have ordered from. I ended up getting the wrong sandwich delivered to me and they comped my next order. When I called a few days later to claim my free sandwich they remembered me and honored the free sandwich plus gave me a free soda which I offered to pay for. They were so nice on the phone. I will always order from them. Thanks guys. 🙂

Waited 40 minutes for a sandwich before having to leave so I wasn’t late for work, Was told they would void out the order. Got charged for the food I never recieved. I’ve emailed corporate multiple times being told that the stores owner will reach out bit haven’t heard anything. This location is run by a clown.

I placed an order online, so I could pick it up and be back to work. I got the order has been placed and the order has been confirmed. I then went to the location to pick up my order. I waited over 15 minutes on the parking lot waiting for the order is ready status. I refreshed the page every minute, and it was still not marked ready. I figured I would walk inside to ask, and low and behold it was sitting on table for pick-up. It would have been nice to have had it marked as ready for pickup on the site. For all I know I could have been sitting there for 20 minutes. If I didn’t go inside to check, and I was still at work waiting for the go ahead. I may never have gotten it. The sandwich was still good though.

First off there are no signs indicating that they are not accepting walk-in orders. When you call, the phone rings continuously and no one ever picks up. Not even a voicemail message plays. There’s someone at the counter making sandwiches as people come up to pull on the door handle. There’s nothing that indicates they’re not open or not accepting customers. The employees just walk around as if nothing is happening. DO NOT ORDER HERE. This was my first and last time coming to this business. I will be contacting corporate as well.
