Ordered my sandwich and was notified it may take longer than usual, no problem. I had ordered 15 mins before my break, so there would be extra time. After about 45 mins and halfway through my break I called, they said oh are you at this address? Yes, ok its just leaving.

Just ordered again, I have had a problem with this store before. Wanted to give another chance. They loaded half of one of my sandwiches with HOT peppers, I didn’t order! And I added guacamole to one of them (paid for it) and didn’t receive! I’m so over this store screwing up orders! They dont read them and they dont care about there customers or they would slow down and make sure the orders are right! I had to throw half my sandwich away because it was soo hot and I picked the peppers off! Buyers beware! Delivery driver was very nice and polite

Service was quick. I made a mistake by not removing the mayo on my number 7 Italian sub, who puts mayo on an Italian sub. If you don’t know if it has mayo just assume it does at Jimmy John’s.

This is apparently what 12 dollars gets you at JJ. They threw the bottom of the tub tomatoes and lettuce on. The “manager” says that’s what tomatoes are and look like. They wouldn’t refund me or remake it. It’s unbelievably disrespectful.

I ordered delivery again. After three hours, no food had been delivered, and the order tracker hadn’t been updated since “received order.” When I finally called the store (which clearly I should have done much earlier) I was told there was no delivery driver so my order was going to be cancelled. I asked if I was ever going to be notified that my order was cancelled, and the response was “oh, someone should have called you.” Ridiculous.
