The workers are really nice and the place looked clean. They don’t make hot sandwiches though, which I thought was strange being in MN and it’s freezing outside. I didn’t get anything, but my youth daughter ordered a BLT, and it was made with cold bacon, barely cooked. When we got home I microwaved the bacon to cook & heat it up, then remade her sandwich, and she enjoyed it. I’m sure their cold sandwiches are fine, but I am just surprised that they don’t offer anything hot. At least subway microwaves their bacon before making the BLT, and they offer to make your sandwich cold or hot with their toaster oven. I love a good hot roast beef sandwich, or their hot meatball sub. I hate giving bad reviews, but sorry Jimmy Johns. I’m sure your cold sandwiches are good though.

I ordered a Vito add turkey and extra oil and vinegar and seasoning. I get my sandwich home and I have mayo on it no turkey and non of the extra I added. Charged for all of this and I get a sandwich I can’t eat but paid for. This is about the 5th time it’s happened.

My boyfriend loves Jimmy John’s anytime he says he’s hungry I say what for he says Jimmy John’s so we order from here quite often and he loves it I love it I’ve never messed up they’ve always delivered what they said they were going to including extra napkins so get him four stars from me is pretty much a 5-star rating

This location hasn’t let me down yet. Staff is friendly and the subs are delish. I always get the Italian Night Club and it’s fantastic every time. I’m sure I’ll be back at this spot soon.

I have ordered food from this location at least five times, every single time it has taken an hour or MORE to get to me. I’ve gone through the drive thru as well and that took 45 minutes. I’m really not sure what the issue is here(I’m assuming low staff) but I would suggest management shutting down online orders if the crew can’t keep up. I’m sure the crew is overworked and understaffed and that is never fun, I definitely feel for those guys. All I can come to conclusion with is that it is poor management. Last time I will be ordering from here. Food isn’t bad(so the workers must be capable, that’s the only reason I’m giving it any stars). I hate to leave such a poor review but improvements need to be made.

Drive through often takes much longer than you’d think, and they are out of French bread so often you have to anticipate a solid 20% chance they will only have whole grain bread. 3 stars because they have nice staff and the sandwiches are always good and they never mess up orders. Most businesses in town are understaffed but this place is hit especially hard. Often not in operation due to “staff shortages”
